Basic technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That is the extent of the data involved in a visit.
The monthly rankings email. If you subscribe, we ask for your email address — and signup is double opt-in: we send a confirmation email first, and your address joins the list only when you click its link. We run the list with Resend, our email provider, which processes your address to deliver the email and to handle unsubscribes. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you. The list is used for the monthly rankings email only — never sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.
Email you send us. If you write to us, we receive your address and the contents of your message as an ordinary email, and we keep it only as correspondence.
This site sets only strictly necessary cookies from Cloudflare, for security and bot protection. We run no analytics trackers and no advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and post a notice on the site before any new cookies start, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Our rankings link out to retailers and manufacturers, including Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, BestPowerChairs.com earns from qualifying purchases — at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our site, the retailer's own privacy policy governs what it collects, and retailers may use their own cookies on their sites. Prices and availability are theirs to set and change.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with the service providers who run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, for subscribers, Resend (email delivery).
This site is written for adults shopping for mobility equipment. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
You may ask what correspondence of yours we hold, and ask us to delete it, at any time by writing to [email protected].
